Billing Policy
This page explains how ChessEcho Premium billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds work.
Plans
ChessEcho currently offers a free tier and a monthly Premium tier.
Automatic renewal
Premium renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Cancellation
If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate unused time after cancellation.
Refunds
ChessEcho does not provide automatic refunds. We may review refund requests case by case.
Payment processing
Stripe processes Premium payments and manages customer billing details for ChessEcho.
