Using ChessEcho

By using ChessEcho, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You may delete your account from the account area, but some billing, security, or backup records may be retained for a limited time when required to operate the service or meet legal obligations.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create or import into ChessEcho. You grant Nova Foundry LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve ChessEcho for you.

Acceptable use

You may not use ChessEcho to do any of the following:

• Break the law or encourage unlawful activity.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or abuse the service or other users.
• Attempt unauthorized access, security testing, scraping, or reverse engineering beyond what law permits.
• Upload or use content that infringes the rights of others.

Premium billing

ChessEcho offers a free tier and a monthly Premium subscription. Premium renews automatically each month until you cancel. If you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer automatic refunds or prorated credits, but we may review refund requests case by case.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to ChessEcho if we believe your use violates these Terms, harms the service, or creates risk for other users or for Nova Foundry LLC.

Changes to the service

ChessEcho may evolve over time. We may change, add, or remove features at any time.

No warranty

ChessEcho is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page.
